Dr. Evangelos Xevelonakis graduated in economics and computer science and has a doctor title in Marketing (CRM) from the University of Zurich. Evangelos headed several segmentation projects involving customer profitability and customer needs in fixed and mobile telecommunication sector. He was also responsible for the whole data warehousing process at Swisscom. Before joining Swisscom he worked for Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for setting up the Database Marketing Process for Direct Banking. His current activities involve predictive modelling for churn management, customer segmentation, customer profitability, and designing concepts for strategic CRM. He is preferred CRM-speaker in IIRís International Telecom Marketing Conferences and lecturer for CRM, data and process modelling at the Zurich University of Applied Science.
